Ritridata is desktop data recovery software for Windows and macOS. It scans storage devices that you select, displays files that may be recoverable, and writes recovered files only to a destination you choose.
Select a drive or folder, run a read-only scan, preview available results, and choose which files to recover. It is intended for logical data loss, not physical device repair.
Installing Ritridata adds a desktop application to your Windows computer and may require administrator permission.
Normal scanning, preview, and recovery run locally. Scanned file contents, previews, and recovered files are not uploaded during the normal recovery process unless you choose to send a file or diagnostic item to support.
The installer does not bundle unrelated software, add browser extensions, or change your browser, homepage, or search settings. You can remove the application through Windows Settings or the macOS Applications folder.
Recovery limitations: Results depend on device condition and whether data has been overwritten or removed by SSD TRIM. Recovery is not guaranteed; physically damaged devices may require a professional service.

DownloadCommon recovery situations and how file preview can help people make informed choices.
After an SD card appeared empty, the user stopped using it and ran a read-only scan. File preview helped show which photos were available before any recovery decision.
After a project folder was deleted and the Recycle Bin was emptied, the affected drive was scanned. Available document previews could be reviewed before choosing files to recover.
After an external drive was formatted by mistake, no new data was saved to it. A scan showed which folders and file types were still available for review.
When a computer no longer booted, its drive was connected to a working system for a read-only scan. Available reports and PDF files could be checked before recovery.
These examples describe common data-loss situations. They are not individual verified testimonials or guarantees. Scan time and recovery results depend on the device condition and whether data has been overwritten.
